Poetry
Krystyl: Just put it all on one page for now, when I have ten or so poems I will make that the first set, then start on the second set. Thank you!
A/n: This is a series of short poems that I would like to go through each of the characters at least once, so give me some time.
Paranoid Senseless
Turn around
you can almost feel
their breath
on the back of your neck.
Breathing down your spine
chilling every nerve
in your senseless body
you can cut
their life away
but you can never quite
sever the ties
between a murderer
and those he murdered.
Trial
If I can’t do it
then who else can?
And it makes me wonder
what they would think
if I turned around
and shot my wife instead?
Time
It hangs the wrinkles on your face
as you go through the motions
of sun up
and sun down
I can feel the wind flow through my hair
and it whips through the fire
and the water
until it settles on the earth
I can look out over the hill
and see
a speck of dust
that might be the end
of waiting for
the hours to pass
though maybe it’s only the wind
Woman
Waiting for the
Only one
My heart would want
And my body would ache for
Never ceasing
When she tries
Only a little
Maybe a lot
And even more
Never ceasing, as I said, to get me
Wood
Or
My
Aching
Need…er…
satisfied
Little by little
I tried to get him up today
he looked at me and said ‘no way!’
I said I’ll give you candy, boy
I’ll buy you a new shiny toy
He always sleeps and now I find
I’m getting more and more behind
and you would think at my youthful age
me and my boy would be on the same page
But nowadays he lays around
always staring at the ground
and it’s not the best and happiest thing
Although at least he stays quite clean
And finally he saw some reason
finally I brought him to season
With a stretching young girl saying “hup, hup!”
took one look at her and called “I’m up!”
Green with Envy
Eyes passing as people walk
tip tap on the side walk
and they never saw him standing there
Time passing as people walk
tick tock in their watches
and they never glanced down to see the time.
It flew by and they never knew
It moved on and they never saw
It stayed the same and they couldn’t take it
It was monotonous and they couldn’t shake it
It was painful and it hurt inside
It was nine to five, it was weekends off
and a quiet night at home with their wife.
It was every little thing that makes a person
two billion of the same mold
photocopied, low quality black and white
recycled paper
And all they wanted to be was different
and if they really were they’d be a star
they’d be a planet
they’d be a hero, a universe, a sun
They’d be eyes.
All they’d be is a set of eyes

Dichotomy
Silent Night
Holy night
all is calm
all is bright
round young virgin , mother and child
holy infant so tender and mild
sleep in heavenly peace
sleep in heavenly peace
Cold are the people
winter of life
we tremble in shadows this cold endless night
