New Life: Part 2
Chichi sat at her's and Goten's warm appartment staring
out at the rainfilled night. The light was dim enough
only to see about 50 feet infront of you. She stared
out the window, her face in a mask of worry, making her look infantly older than her 56 years.
Why the hell isn't Goten back yet? She
asked herself. She couldn't shake this feeling she'd been having all day.
Almost like someone was glaring at the back of her neck. It was unnerving.
Chichi sat at the kitchen table playing at some long gone cold
rice, staring at the window willing her son's apperance.
She sighed, got and headed for the coffee machine. Slowely
she poured in the grains, while she listened for her son to come in. Not a
sound at the door could be heard. She put the water in and sat back at the
kitchen table. She moved her eyes over the well sized appartment,
to find something to do. Her eye's traveled to the computer bye the window. She
got up and walked over to it and sat down in the chair and turned on the
computer.
She looked over through the computer, trying to find something of
interesting. She went onto the internet. She looked over at the bookmark
sections to find something interesting. She saw one of her son's links put as
"Animals". She was into learning about different creatures. Could it
be that Goten was actually looking up something for
the health of his brain?
She clicked into it. Nope. Chichi blushed feriously
at the sight of two women fucking each other wildly in an animal kind of way.
Beating red chichi, quickly left the sight.
' I see Goten hasn't grown
up as much as I hopped,' she stated to herself. Great, know that that stuff was
on the computer was enough to make Chichi loose her appite
for the computer. She switched it off and walked around the rooms aimlessly for
something to do.
She finally settaled
down by on a couch with a megizne. At first she
found it difficult to drift her attention the the
page, but eventually she was sunk into the story of some pregenate
teen's troubles. As the night got darker and darker, Chichi's
eye's began to droop.
Suddenly a loud thump outside of the appartments
door jolted Chichi from her snooze. She quickly went to the door to see who was
here so late. It wouldn't be Goten, even know he
wasn't home yet. He never knocked because he had a key.
Chichi looked through the peak hole, only to see no one there. She
opened the door quickly with a new sort of dread she had never felt before and
had no idea where it was coming from. She looked down the halls, only to find
them deserted. Chichi was about to go back in when she saw a card at her feet,
on the door matt.
She picked it up and studied it. It was in a dark read envilope with black lace tied all around it. She glance for a name and her eyes widened. It read: Son ChiChi. She hadn't used that name for years! She opened the
envilope with madingly
slowness. She pulled out a letter with her eyes wide with horror as her past
came screetching up to her. The letter read:
My dearest Chichi,
I've missed you, baby. Where have you been?
Oh well, that doesn't matter. We can catch up when we have
a family reunion. Isn't that a
wonderful idea?
Goten thinks so. I'm making sure he agree's.
Don't worry my beauty, soon we'll be
together agian.
Soon....
From your secret watcher,
Goku.

Goten swam through a pink haze of unconsiouness. Everytime we went
towards the light of day, his head pounded like three dozen elephants danced
the waltz. When he ran back to his little hidden pink creation the pain dulled
to a mild throb.
'Where am I anyways?' Goten thought
absently to himself, 'last thing I remember is running
through the park and getting smacked on the head-'
"!!!!"
With that throught Goten
got pulled to merciless conciousness. He opened his
eyes to stare at a dimly lite room. As his eyes ajusted to the light he looked around the room. It looked
like an old cellar. The kind you found in movies set in the eighteen hundreds.
The walls were all grey cobblestone, the floor was
littered with hay. The air was freezing. It felt like someone was stabbing his
lungs everytime he breathed in.
Goten shifted slightly, causing pain to
explode into his head from lack of oxygen and his neck throbbed from getting
clamped on. Ignoring the pain, Goten pushed himself
up into a sitting position.
'Who the hell would be strong enough to take down a demi-saiyan like me?' Thought Goten.
As he looked around the room some more, he found a single candle
on an old wooden table and a wooden door at the far end of the small chilly
room. It looked fairly old and like it hadn't been used in a long time like
most of the things in this room.
Goten got up and wandered around the room
looking for anything suspicious. It looked like he was alone.
'Mother!'
Goten frantically reached out to feel his
mother's ki. He found it and made contact. It was
very far away. As soon as he was about to phycially
talk to his mom, a dark hard walls slammed into his
brain, knocking him off his feet. His muscles spasembed
and shook with the shock of the mind blow. He carefully felt for his mother
again but came against the wall. It gave off a strange prickling energy feeling
through his mind. He pushed as hard as he could against the wall, trying to brake it, but the mental bricks held strong.
Exhauhsted, Goten withdrew his touch and sighed. Glancing over at the
door, he walked over about to try the handle, when the door swung open so fast
it hit Goten in the nose. Pain shot through his face,
but it was nothing compared to the sight before him.
Dressed in complete black, with the door handle in one hand, the
other hanging limply at his side, stood
Son Goku.
Goten stared in disbalife
at the man who was his father infront of him. He
hadn't seen him in nine years! Ever sence he was in
collage and Goku had come asking about ChiChi.
Goku looked the same mostly the same
from the last time he saw him. Except from the black
cloths.... and something in his eyes. His eye radiated a cold sence of danger that would sweep over your body with tickle
numbing affects. There was no lifeful glint in the
coal black eyes. All Goten saw was a reflection of a
terrified Goten in Goku's
eyes.
Goku smerked,
and advanced towards his terrified son.
